Return Policy

  1. Return, Exchange, or Cancellation Rights
    DEMRS, INC. (dba Denver Electric Motor or Denver Electric Motor Sales & Service) retains the exclusive right to determine whether an item may be returned, exchanged, or an order canceled. We encourage customers to double-check all orders for accuracy and necessity. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless DEMRS, INC. expressly agrees.

  2. Return Authorization Required
    To obtain a refund or exchange, prior return authorization must be given by DEMRS, INC.

      Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.

  3. Return Window & Refund Policy
    Returns are generally considered within ten (10) days of purchase.
    Refunds apply to product cost only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  4. Restocking Fee
    At DEMRS, INC.’s sole discretion, a 20% restocking fee may be applied to returned items. Products must be in original, undamaged packaging. Additional repackaging fees may apply if packaging is damaged.

  5. Non-Returnable Items
    Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns on electrical components (e.g., capacitors, temperature sensors, thermistors) and repair parts.

  6. Installed or Powered Products
    Any product that has had power applied or has been installed is not eligible for return or refund.
