With over 30 years of experience in industrial technology, Lance Toepper is a seasoned executive known for delivering operational excellence, strategic growth, and technical innovation across global manufacturing and engineering environments. As President and CEO of Denver Electric Motor, Lance brings a wealth of knowledge in executive leadership, plant operations, and business transformation.

Lance's leadership experience spans major corporations, including Thyssen-Krupp, Cummins Power Generation, and Northern Technologies International Corporation, where he successfully led ISO 9000 implementations at three companies and ISO 14000 implementation at one. His profound expertise in P&L management, engineering, product and project management, and global sales and marketing has positioned him as a transformative leader in complex, high-tech settings.

One of his notable achievements includes the successful merger and integration of a business acquisition into an existing company division at Thyssen-Krupp, optimizing operational, engineering, marketing, and sales synergies. His proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives underscores his strong commitment to innovation and collaboration.

Lance holds a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. He also contributes to the industry as Secretary of the Colorado Chapter of the Vibration Institute (covibinst.org).
